Have you configured your SRV. You can get a PRT and those always have pointers at what is missing to login.

In one of the videos I watched don't recall which one , I was told to use the domain name when defining the CUPS address within the Jabber client. Then to edit my hosts file in windows. I can't login to my Jabber as well. Looks like Jabber checks the credentials, because if I put them wrong it says "Wrong username or password", and if i enter them right it says "Cannot communicate with the server". The user is added to the Access Control Groups.
